Wedding Ring

Back when we were struggling newlyweds we made a tough decision to sell my engagement ring, and decided to just replace it later in life when we were more comfortable. Well Robbie gave me a pretty awesome surprise. He bought a diamond overseas and had it set in my mother's original wedding set. It was so sweet and is truly gorgeous. It means so much to me, not only because it is from Rob, but because it was my moms. It is so beautiful and the stone is so sparkly. Thank you a thousand times Robbie! I love it.

I've never been a fan of Valentine's Day. Its a fun time to go out with yur sweetheart, and have an awesome excuse to eat chocolate...but I would be fine curled up on the couch with my Robbie. My sweetie is gone this year, but he sent flowers last night and a super funny card. It was all unexpected, but very welcomed. My Dad also brought home some yummy dark chocolate, and on Friday night my brother went with me to Shogun, here in Branson. Its a japanese hibachi grill. It was delicious!! I highly recommend it!

Six years ago today my life changed forever. I know some people put off having children in order to live life or realize who they truley are beforehand. I firmly believe I wasn't truly "me" until my babies were born. The world changed after I had Savannah. It became this crisp, lovely, scarey, place. She taught me how to see myself differently. I gained an unspoken confidence. She has the most compassionate heart and I'm glad she lets me be a part of her world. She has inspired me in so many ways. I hope she will always remember how much she is loved and honored! Happy Birthday my sweet baby girl. Momma loves you now and forever.
